EverConnect by Evergreen SEO Agency

EverConnect is the app we use to manage social media accounts for the businesses we work with. A client authorizes their account once. After that, we post content and track how it performs for them.

What EverConnect does

  • •Posts videos and other content to a client's social accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • •Tracks performance (views, likes, comments, reach) and includes it in the client's monthly report.
  • •Lets our team manage comments on a client's Facebook and Instagram posts.

Who it is for

EverConnect is for Evergreen SEO Agency clients: local and home service businesses that have hired us to handle their search and social presence. Clients get a private connect link from us. It is not a self-serve product and there is nothing to sign up for on this page.

How TikTok access works

  1. We send the client a private connect link.
  2. The client is redirected to TikTok and signs in with TikTok's own login.
  3. TikTok shows the client the permissions requested. The client approves or declines.
  4. If approved, we receive an access token from TikTok. We never see or store the client's TikTok password.

TikTok permissions and why we ask for them

  • user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats

    Identify the TikTok account you connected and show its profile and stats in your reports.

  • video.list

    List your videos and read their performance so we can report on what works.

  • video.upload, video.publish

    Upload and publish videos to your account on your behalf, once you have approved the content.

We use this access only for the services the client hired us for. We do not sell TikTok data.

Revoking access

Clients can revoke EverConnect at any time in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and websites, then remove EverConnect. They can also email maxx@evergreenseo.agency and we will remove stored tokens and delete their data on request.
